Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced revisit and Home Hemo-Dialysis (HHD) addition of services survey that was completed January 23, 2023, Fresenius Kidney Care Oil City - Cranberry, had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 494.62, Subpart B, Conditions for Coverage of Suppliers of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Services - Emergency Preparedness. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed December16 , 2022. Addition of Home Hemo-Dialysis (home training and support) services is approved.

Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite follow-up survey for recertification and addition of Home Hemo-Dialysis (home training and support) survey wa conducted on January 23, 2023, Fresenius Kidney Care of Cranberry, was found to be in compliance with the following requirements of 42 CFR, Part 494, Subparts A, B, C, and D, Conditions for Coverage of Suppliers of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Services. The deficiencies were cited as the result of a Medicare Recertification survey completed on December 16, 2022. Addition of Home Hemo-Dialysis (home training and support) services is approved.
